What's the point anymore?

No point doing a better than good job anymore. You work your socks off, you follow corporate prodecures. They give you a worthless good or better or brilliant grade.. No payrise... then you won't ever be considered for VR because your grade locks you in. It is clear DXC is sinking faster than a concrete block with a massive lead weight attached to it. Why leave with nothing when those who don't and have never bothered do? integrity counts for nothing in DXC.. Let's all start not giving a sh1t and let ML know...

DXC and Mike do what they can (without morality, only some legality) to make the most money

Having experience in multiple parts of the world, in my experience (compared to Europe), the US workers have no solidarity at all (look the other way during a layoff), are very afraid of the boss, and only care about themselves individually. The opposite of "United we stand".

Lets say you are MikeL CEO of XXX. Let s say XXX employees work for cheaper and cheaper, getting a zero pay raise year after year, and have less and less benefits and perks, but DO NOT FIGHT YOU about it. Then, as a good capitalist what do you do? I would say change nothing, enjoy the ride, and cash the annual Millions$ handed to you and the share holders... That s what good capitalists do.

UNLESS UNITED, EMPLOYEES CAN NOT STAND VS THE TOP MANAGEMENT.

Destroying the unions was not the smartest move.

Once it turned into a one on one between the boss and the employee, please tell me who do you think will win the fight (the wolf or the sheep)?

I worked on the P&G account. After 30+ years with HP, HPE and DXC I got layed off Jan 4 with 2 days notice. Happy new year! Mgmt never made transition plans for the 8 systems I was an admin for. With so many two faced liars and back stabbers, the work environment became hostile and frustrating. I don't miss the place...

Pension contribution deducted from May payslips still not arrived with Scottish Widows... I hope they remember to accrue for this liability in the 1Q accounts to match the obviously improved cash position...

Well they are not paying into some pensions, mine included. So what can we deduce from this? I am not sure how widespread this is but if it is a mistake then it’s terrible timing

This company sets new standards in corruption and turpitude.

We all know how it's going to end; it's just a question of how much longer ML and the board can spin the figures for investors / Wall Street.

My thoughts are with those still struggling at work for DXC.

If you didn't hear from the June 18 AMS Town Hall, exec stated raises are "Entitlements" and the company has moved past the days of "Entitlement" raises. Let's ask him how it feels to be to be "Entitled" as he got million+ dollar raise and stock options. Better yet let's go back and look at ML in 2016 & 2018 who has a base salary of $1.2m and bonuses in those years of $2.2M and $5M. Oh and let’s not forget the those $20+ million in stock options each of those years. Now let’s ask about "entitlement" at top and just far down it roles. Exec states they allocate Millions of dollars every year for raises, Let's see there are 20 members on the board, 1 alone is getting $5m plus base...yep you're allocating millions of $ for raises alright. Corporate scandal from the top down is really what's going on within the walls of this "Digital" leading company.
