Today is the last day of employment for 1000+ voluntary redundancy employees in the UK
Has anyone received any communication from HR or their Manager since signing the acceptance letter
Is the process really this hopeless?
Not so much as a good bye or thanks for the service email/letter, or any form of acknowledgement

voluntary redundancy Stop crying about it, you quit with a nice payout. Shutup already. We in the US only get max 8 weeks pay after 15 years of service. and no one is voluntary as it';s not worth it.
All this speculation but nothing from DXC. Has anyone actually left the business in Chesterfield yet?

Like other said - you won't get any thanks or gratitude for working your %^%^%^ for this organisation; when you get notice simply sit back and wait until termination date comes and enjoy a small break with partner / family before moving on to next assignment - possibly for a better client/ firm.
Presumably you have had some form of communication confirming that this is indeed your last day?
If you haven't, then you should have been speaking with your manager and HR before today.
Don't expect any other thanks - I worked for Compaq/HP/HPE/DXC for 19 years and my Line Manager didn't even call me on my last day. Poor, but it's the way it is at this organisation.
You won’t get any thanks from anyone, maybe your colleagues if there are any left. Just look for the redundancy payment going into the bank, and smile. It should happen around your normal pay-run.
