The new DXC relies upon employees self-funding their training which needs to be completed in their own time whilst remaining 100% billable. Forget it Mikey DXC is a fail.

Haha.. when i was there every pursuit was a "must win".. [and coming to the party at the 11th hour] ... at least in the HP / HPE / EDS days we had the capability to deliver it .... (at exorbitant rates and a clunky delivery model)...when DXC dragged itself out of the swamp we didn't even have capability and looked to 3rd parties who we then put 35% on top of as we were the commercial owners...
No wonder that the win rate was appalling... poor qualification , no differentiation the offering and glacial slow processes..
No company is perfect.. but i have never been anywhere else that makes it so hard to sell and deliver..
