Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Do not miss DXC

I worked on the P&G account. After 30+ years with HP, HPE and DXC I got layed off Jan 4 with 2 days notice. Happy new year! Mgmt never made transition plans for the 8 systems I was an admin for. With so many two faced liars and back stabbers, the work environment became hostile and frustrating. I don't miss the place...

When I got let go , I went home , took a long hot bath while listening to my favourite tunes , drank a cool crisp beer and moved forward ASAP.

Sure , I recognize that a large percentage of ex DXC’ers actually suffer from PTSD ... no wonder !!!

Take care of yourself . I don’t blame DXC for being inept . That’s their issue .

I guess we now have to accept that Mikey is that poisoned dwarf that we all feared he might be

(other people of low height are expressly excluded from this analogy)

They just bought 13K offshore heads in the Luxsoft merger, and immediately axed their entire US engineering team with zero knowledge transfer. That's some solid operational excellence there.

Mike & his "leadership" team of keystone cops couldn't lead themselves out of a paper bag. They care absolutely nothing for how their company actually operates, and it shows. IT & HR are a joke in their outsourced silos like everything else in the place. Complete mo--ns.

30 years and not so much of a thank you and to think my dad got a jewel clock from the firm and a drinks do when he retired. It like the jumped up nobodies who run today’s enterprises on greed have absolutely no idea how to treat dedicated, loyal and hardworking staff.

Such loathsome behaviour. I really hope they guy at the top gets what’s coming to him and they throw the fat little dimpled headed pixie in jail.

Just sayin.

Sorry to hear this @ZLk5DEL . You are my former co-worker from under the garage, I presume. I left HPE before the DXC formation and have run into nothing but good fortune since. The same will happen to you, assuming you are a former P&Ger, as the P&Gers were a very highly skilled bunch. I was on G.IORAFS :)
