Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

A hopelessly disingenuous mob

I have worked at this company for more years than I care to remember and it has been clear to me that CLEAR values are not what is in the company doctrine

C is compromising

L is lay-off

E is erosion

A is attritional

R is redundancy

This company was good, not great, but good

The people were brilliant and there are still some trying to keep it together but those senior executives based in Tysons boulevard have ravaged this company with no consideration for client or staff. Promises of better times based on impossible targets. Years of oh sorry but we didn’t meet the targets Oh and now we have to cut the workforce again for the umpteenth time. As for those senior executives. Let’s hope providence vomits on your collective eiderdowns.

Spartans, CLEAR training, ethics training, training x, they are all designed for nothing more to track compliance within DXC. They do not add anything for you, or to the business, or to the top level executives. It's a spreadsheet game designed to please the shareholders and to trick them into investing more into DXC. Do not he fooled.

Steady on chap. We are all capable of finding the words to describe the wanton neglect and shear arrogance of those on top of this pyramid. Those quarterly emails and videos with that stupid cheesy grim followed up with a payload of verbiage about something called ‘digital’ which honestly could smack him in the face and he would know that it was digital. The guy is only after feathering his nest. We are just collateral damage in his mind. So treat him with utmost contempt

One could go further

The logic around these decisions for wfr followed by further wfr make no sense if you want to increase revenue. Senior executives getting huge bonuses on top of very large salaries. Purchase of Luxsoft coupled with delays in pension fund payments. Senior execs dumping loads of shares onto the market at a pretty low price.

Am I paranoid?
