Keep trimming that fat and get rid of these people with lousy attitudes. They are the ones holding the rest of us back. Most are people who were justifiably skidded in the past and just can’t let it go.
Don’t leave until you get your packages. They are probably banking on people leaving so they can save the package dollars and follow the script of bullying to make that happen. Don’t let that happen. Stay and take your cash. You’ve earned it!!! So pathetic to see the negative and hater comments on here from obviously communications or HR. Get a life. Workers are on this site to share their knowledge. Have you or CVE ever looked out for the worker??? I don’t think so. BEAT IT!! Let the people speak.
For operations, probably not. Other orgs however? Probably.
