Hard work doesn’t pay off at Allstate

Ever noticed how putting in the extra effort at Allstate gets you nowhere? You bust your butt every single day and still don’t see a promotion or raise. Instead, you just get more work heaped on your already full plate. Management probably thinks... — read more

Losing our best people

Allstate Layoffs Oct 16th confirmed

Weak Leadership

Layoffs are coming. It’s October in a year that begins with 202, so let’s not mince words here folks. What this community isn’t focused on is what this actually means. Why continuously layoff employees 2 to 4 times per year? The answer is simple -... — read more

Toohey fired.

Huge flops with artificial intelligence and new programs in HR complete failure. Can’t help but wonder if his errors enabled the breach of security and employee information being hacked last year.
