Word is New Jersey laughed ASC right out of being implemented there.
In jeopardy in New York too.
Texas DOI not happy with it either.
So many complaints filed about it with Illinois DOI

NJ, NC, CA, NY are always the annoying states
The rental car is a flat fee and not daily rate/max. They just cash you out on the limit if you have a claim and you do whatever you want with the money
It was a poorly thought out and poorly executed product. Coming from the brains within Allstate no surprises there.
The prices are sky high for anyone over 50 no matter what the policy entails. Renewals have been jumping 200-300%+ in the initial renewal batches countrywide. Agents cannot properly sell the product due to the resources and quoting tools are not fully operational yet and have to do these ridiculous work arounds to fool the system.
And yes there are some DOI's that are taking a lot of complaints not just from customers but from agents and corporate employees.
Anyone who thinks ASC is a great product and doing well is just another clapping seal for the head honchos.
Right but it's not user friendly. For example it's defaulting to comprehensive with no glass. Just wait to see how many errors that causes. Also default BI and then 50% of BI for UM UIM. Rental car flat $800. There are going to be alot of problems.
It means nothing.
Original poster is just a fear monger hoping to stir the pot with misinformation.
This company has enough issues to not bring in made up ones.
What does this even mean??
NJ ASC is going live.
Only issue was an underwriting company name
