Any other EA's receive their notice? I fear this is all by design. It was a good run, but I no longer recognize this company. Time to retire.

You relied saying I’m the A$$ and keep up the good work. You surely are not an EA owner. You speak about the enthusiasm they spoke about when they signed up?!?!!? How about the numerous times compensation has been reduced and the litany of sins against EA owners? Sell 20 autos per month or else. Then sell 3 life or else. Cut renewals but will give you more on new but don’t mind we will compete with you for 20% less direct sales. NEXT We are taking over your phone line you’ve had for 15 years and redirecting YOUR CALLS AWAY from you with AVAYA. You stole the phone bro. Phones rang off the hook with EA offices until they were hijacked. Let’s remember these agents paid for the phone they had for years. This was detrimental to sales abd the long time customers dispise this type of corporate behavior. You think the public didn’t notice what you are doing? You steal customers abd quotes by stealing incoming calls. Then you say they are lazy for not selling . Perhaps that owner needs his franchise to support his family and tried until he failed. The only lazy m f is you behind your keyboard because you never worked as an OWNER. And even in whatever position you hold in this company, you don’t act as an owner. You are replaceable at Allstate.
To the guy saying sell your book and it's his fault for being lazy. You can't just sell your book. Allstate is in complete control of your sale. Also, with the press about EA offices all closing, doesn't make for a great pitch to buy it. Go to allstateforsale dot com. Look, some have been for sale for years. Plus any policy that was written by CIC or CCC, the agents have been wiped from any term policies.

Simply put, if you have to take TPP instead of selling your book you are a complete loser and now will pay the price for your laziness. Everyone has an excuse as to why they didn’t succeed, but remember back to your interview and all of the lame promises you made regarding how you were going to attract new business. I’ll bet my paycheck that you did none of this and simply wallowed in your pathetic sorrow until failure set in. Ask yourself this question, why is the agent down the street succeeding and I’m not? It’s called heart and hustle- two things most losers on this site wish they had.
If I may be honest. At this point I would rather work for corporate Allstate as an LSP than any EA owner. They typically dont iffer any health pr PTO and don't offer renewals. They also don't want to pay for your work. I dont care if the corporate screen records me and times every second on my computer. I rememb er in 2017 my EA was paying $13 per jour no health or other benefits. On my anniversary he walked up to my desk and said he was giving me a dollar raise. The next week I gave hime a six month notice and trained my replacement.
Probably ((hopefully)) it will be the best thing that could happen to you...Allstate has turned into quite the s##t show,
