Does anyone know why the ATSC leaders where asked to score there analysts out of 20 for?

The ATSC leaders should be looking at themselves. Everyone of them got there by either known the correct ppl or having a go at higher ups. They are all incompetent and in the real world wouldn’t be fit to stack beans in Morrisons

By the looks of things more layoffs are coming
More layoffs just for them to keep hiring in India. Their workforce is growing and ours is shrinking
To Management it was disguised as development and skills opportunities but in reality we know it was about reductions in workforce
Any business must cut their dead wood as ruthless as it is. Retain the best, sack the rest!
Because the lowest ranked will be shown the door within the next month or two.
