Our area not directly but heard some ATSC and India areas impacted. Unsure on exact number. Some leaders as well. That should help get these tens of thousands of tickets resolved in a timely manner. SMH.

I am US and I have not had any delay for any ticket, WSR or any other item that has been offshored to India. Most requests are resoved in a day or two. And I am going to lose my job in USA but I dont need to drag the India employees.
