Associates working in Pune or Bangalore, are listed as physically located in the USA. What a fraud. There are no phone numbers for these people either. It’s such a lie. Allstate should be transparent and list out their physical locations on company systems not try to pretend they are in the USA. This is one of the many reasons Allstate is sinister. They are always doing things in the dark. There is no shining light here.

Go to policy narratives and look at the id, then put in outlook email search and I find them to comuniacte. I have been helped by the office there several times and it was fine.

Every large insurance has phone banks in foreign countries. Try calling customer service. You either get a robot that you can easily confuse by simply stating the reason for your call, or someone that may think they speak English but you have to get them too repeat themselves and speak slower.
After 45 years with State Farm, who dumped me after a claim that totaled almost $40,000 after hurricane Beryl, I signed up with Allstate. Any problem pops up I call my agent and she helps takes care of it.
So this trashing of Allstate is bougus.
A “World of Opportunity” per the website takes on a specific meaning. It does beg the question more broadly and intellectually what is the ratio of revenue geolocation to labor geolocation. It’s a balance question only IMO. Thoughts?
