Our agent received 90 day notice. Do we remain open during this time? Agent not really upfront on timing, says she does not know. thank you.

You remain open until they turn off your access which is the day on the term letter.
ASC auto rates working as planned...there will be one helluva effort to reduce agent numbers this year especially...
I am more than willing to remain for 3 more months as opposed to an immediate release. Yes, agency failed to meet ABO quotas. We were told many in the district/region have failed to meet as well.
You generally are expected to be open - why not collect 3 more months salary? Mgt may request an earlier exit but they will let the agent know? Was the notice for failing to meet auto sales QUOTAS known as ABO?
