shuffled around 4. Had one that had no clue for a few weeks then got reassigned. So many weeks just kept stuff alive with no priorities on looming big projects.
If you have had several leaders in the last 2-3 years then most likely 1) your area is on borrowed time or 2) your are on one of the "special teams" in which the team members are borderline losing their jobs for performance or behavior or both.
They shuffle around the whiners and snowflakes nobody wants to deal with.
3 in that span. That's not totally out of the ordinary in today's corporate culture. Explains why nothing in society works as it should and why a-s kissing is practically in every job description. Allstate scores highly even among stock co. 's in perverted short term thinking. Might explain why it has more activity than most companies on this site.
