I’ve wanted to quit for a while and have been looking for another job for six months now. I really, really hope it’s just my bad luck, but I’ve received very few offers, and none of them were even worth considering. I would love to change jobs before things get worse out there, but now I’m afraid I might already be too late. Have any of you had positive experiences with your job search? Are there any signs of improvement in the job market?

You will find something. Maybe get some certifications.
The reality is the job market is poor top to middle. Labor arbitrage coupled with AI are the playbook. And companies simply need to be more transparent in terms of what this translates to for their workers.
Job market is not great right now .. I know many talented people who have been out of work for upwards of 6 months. At all levels. Many places have freezes on recruitment.
