It HASN'T underperformed.
Progressive is 4x what it was pre covid, making the PGR CEO twice as good as him
ALL stock has under performed vs. the S&P 500 over that time frame and also far behind public industry peers like Progressive, Traveler's, Geico, and Chubb. Higher rates, more layoffs, and worse profitability than other carriers. Obvious failure of leadership.
