100% agree with ‘justpaymeoffalready’ - it’s been the sentiments shared by senior leaders also. It’s not a question of IF you’ll be RIF’d it’s ultimately a question of WHEN. So sit tight and await severance as opposed to jumping ship now.
There will be continuous layoffs until probably jul/aug expect another 500 easily to go. Keep doing what you need to be paid and wait for severance if it comes. If not get ready for a heavier workload when the sky clears
