Come on team, be fair. Expense ratio down significantly, distributing auto thru IA and Direct at high volumes, and stock is $200 range. None of that was happening under TW or all the prior Presidents at ALL. Finance Mario taking the victory laps but any senior leader around from 2016 to 2022 knows this is Glenn’s playbook. Yes he took advantage of C19 frequency and claim count drops to RIF about 4000 claim employees. Destroyed the culture and company struggled when miles driven increased back to pre Covid levels. That said, not a book buyer.
