Should have shut down NJ in 11 of ‘88, rather than the Bay State. Had front row seat.
We're definitely on the long goodbye. But whether that's a 10 / 15 / 20+ year thing who's to say. Many will have passed on by then (or be close to it). These things take time. But if I were a grad I'd be considering the options
Everything here is by design. EAs are being driven to TPP in droves. The gaslighting and being set up to fail is tough to watch 🫤 Typical Allsnake.
ASC may be the final straw to break the camels back for EA offices. It's set up with limited UW changes to be made. It has suggested coverage not matching current (like progressive app) A young waoman walked in with her phone on a progressive app quote. She asked me to quote and also review compare. her suggested commision and comp had $2,000 deductibles and she was not experienced. ASC has suggested coverage. I haven't sold one that I picked one of the three and always need to modify. I want this to work. I am not hating. I just feel like since the phone takeover, product limitations, rate increases, prior ins requirements and now new auto product which is like a line 19 on some quotes. I don;t know but I want it to work. i want to sell and help make customers feel like they are being taken care of. it's hard not to feel like I am running a fools errand trying. My phone rang non stop for referrals before the phone takeover. Now silence. I don;t have a budget for a full time telemarker. I will not give up.
