found this thread and curious to know more about expectations of a core rep in HE US. Didn’t know company was this bad. Don’t honeymoon, what is going on?

@OP Well, of you’re new then it doesn’t make much of a difference but if you’ve been around awhile, then the HE division has certainly morphed into a completely different entity than it was just a few short years ago. Communication was high, ethics and the value of people in the organization was a higher priority. Can’t say that is the case. Reps are being asked to deliver some very high sales goals with an ever dwindling number of college students. That said, do your best work, develop your own processes that work around the frequent road blocks you’ll encounter and just sell like your job depends on it- because it does!
A lot of the other posts are those that need a safe place to vent their vitriol, because “leadership” doesn’t give a toss what the commoners think or even less “feel” about their work.
