This is the real issue
The leadership is small circle of friends who protect each other and shuts down any good ideas. This hits the nail on the head and this is what's been ruining Nike for the past several years (and then some).
Cuts to GT GETS
Anyone think we need some big changes in that part of tech? What is that team even doing? It seems disconnected, poorly run, and the contractors are scared all the time that they will get fired.
Stay away from HR
HR isn’t there for employees, no matter what they claim. They exist to protect the company. Learned that the hard way after reporting an issue and getting sidelined. Don't make the same stupid mistake I did.
