This is beyond a foolish and out of touch take. Someone from the Senior Leadership Team either left or was forced out but we're just supposed to not talk about it and keep our noses in spreadsheets like it doesn't matter to us or impact us? Clearly you didn't care about MD or CW and neither do you care how it will impact the projects and teams underneath them. People's livelihoods and job security are always threatened by big changes like this and I would expect you to understand this.
Of course we are going to go onto an anonymous platform to discuss what might happen to our jobs and our work. What priorities might change and how we should react and prepare. And guess what, that counts as work.
