I would love to see an article on experiences external leaders had in the berm prior to their departure - what promises were made, how they were treated by leadership and their peers, experiences they had and careers after leaving the Swoosh. It will be a very telling reflection of the reality of Nike.

@OP this will be good! They can’t hide forever. I believe people will start speaking up.
Why? For what and for whom? Oregon is and has been one of the worst job voids with a limited diversification in its economy with Nike being one of its few giants
@op not everyone who is SD and above gets pkg or NDA and many have left on their own accord because of how intolerable their experience was. You might be on to something. It will not be a good story on Swoosh but a story that needs to be told.
Sure, it would be interesting, but no senior leader is gonna risk giving Nike cause to sue them out of their millions in severance. I do know internally Nike goes out of their way to avoid any interaction that could let an ex-employee break their agreement and still get paid, so I would imagine they do just fine.
Where would you find someone that was let go????
More seriously, would this impact terms of severance agreements?
