"there will be a reorg in Spring" is like saying "it will snow in the Winter" here.

Regardless of pay grade, all remote employees will have the option to figure out how to be in the office or take the layoff package. No exceptions.

Reducing layers of leadership means reducing layers across the company to drive cost efficiency. So yes expect more layoffs especially at the manager type levels.

With the recent firing of the CTO, we should expect more changes. The board and EH must not be happy with the direction of tech. Getting rid of the CTO won't be enough change. The COO has to do something. Cuts, reorgs, outsourcing, and off shoring are all possible.

A fvcking reorg again. A reorg everyfvcking month.

How are teams supposed to do fvcking anything when we're getting gutted very 4 months, have no budget, and no fvcking resources?

The ELT needs to be fvcking cut. There's one common thread here and it's fvcking them.

Fvcking a55holes.

@ar ...seriously? that's all we've been doing for the last 18 months. first the big ones thanks to JD's incompetence, then the little widespread ones across all the departments that everyone tried to keep quiet.

any word on which departments are getting hit this time? or is it a blanket slice-and-dice again?
