Anyone seen this on Workday under your Overview section? Did they send out any emails that I may have missed?
Says it’s not mandatory but “encouraged.” Translation: do it anyway

How do you find out what level your position is?
I’ve seen posts saying N4 and below are getting laid off
I don’t know what “level” my role is. Is there a place in workday to see it?
Mobility build de-emphasized in capital allocation.
Fiber build emphasized in capital allocation.
So, where are all the REQs for wireline positions to manage the fiber build? There ain’t sh-t on workday.
Will we go to a full 4 days in office? Hourly tracking? Walking back of RTO?
I'm considering applying for another internal job but not sure if I will get an interview. I want to ensure I get an interview before letting my boss know that I applied for a job.
Does anyone know if workday notifies your manager as soon as you apply for another job?
is it a working day? on workday, it does not show up as a holiday,,.
Went in office for only a couple hours connecting with the IP address and HR counts as a compliance on Workday.
Anybody noticed something suspicious interviewing people remotely during Workday?
On TikTok, they show videos of someone under the table of the person being interviewed with a second monitor and actual keyboard typing the answers using AI while the guy being interviewed pretends to be typing in front of the camera.
The morning ODW went live, workday was still functional for a few hours... Logged into that and it said that site visit dashboards were being retired.
On the official RTO policy page, it states...
"bla bla bla fluff... While attendance will not be actively shared at individual or leader level, this expectation is non-negotiable." - Ok but what exactly does "leader" mean? Direct manager/director? Or execs?
WTF does that even mean? Why can't we see our own site visits? What harm has that done? Leader as in our direct manager, or is it execs as well?
I already keep an excel spreadsheet tracking my own site visits + PTO days because I don't trust the badge readers but why tf would they take those dashboards away anyways?
Maybe it's so managers can't see and warn those who aren't going in often enough? idfk bro..
I genuinely don't think Dell will EVER straight up say "site visits are no longer being tracked" because 99% of people would quit showing up lol. So I can't help but wonder if the wording is purposely confusing to make people think it's being tracked still?
On Workday
Workday IT support and legal have reviewed everything. They are now testing the data loads into workday. Pipeline is built out and the final kinks are being worked out now. Its been 6 months since the last one, most leaders are worried, on high alert, and ready for movement to get going next week. Lists were made a couple months ago based on the scripting and code prompts being run in workday for testing the last 2-3 weeks. If your manager doesn't think this is true they just have their head in the sand. Q1 results good or bad would change stop this from happening, this is Dan's plan "cut cut cut and cut so more". We took on billions in new debt, cutting employees is the only way to pay that back. Expect another one next quarter before the stock grant is given in October.
"I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work."
A couple of people in my department were quietly RIF'd this month. Fortunately, they both found other internal roles before their last day. I feel like I'm next, but after 30 internal apps, I'm getting nowhere, just screeners that quietly die. Looking at Workday, roles similar to mine are at a lower PM and many roles require hub proximity. Is Humana intentionally shedding people by realigning salaries?
Why the he-l does workday never actually work. I have to click the buttons 16 times for it to take me to the time off section
This is a really d-mb place to ask this but since I know this will get eyes...
I am a former employee who had an incorrect address listed under my FIS workday to get around the RTO policy.
How can I get at my W2 now? I haven't worked there in like 5 months at this point. Anyone know?
It says that Mac and VID data is still being fixed. My numbers are extremely wrong, but I'm skeptical they'll ever be fixed. Does anyone know anything?
I received a Workday notification stating my total compensation is reduced by x amount.
Is this really happening
It's updated but still wrong, unless I wasn't on network long enough to be tracked. Workday still has the message that things are in progress though. Does anyone know what's going on?
Workday currently has a message that reads, "NOTICE: We are actively addressing an issue affecting the accuracy of In Office Adherence data. As a result, a data update is currently in progress. This message will be cleared once corrective actions are complete and validated."
I didn’t fully connect the dots a couple weeks ago but our leader made sure we saw the update to the in office goal on Workday, and that it meant full days which was at least 6 hours. I didn’t think much of it until yesterday when we saw all of the discrepancies. The tracked number is over 6 hours which they will never tell you because they want 8.
It’s updated and now shows me as non compliant. They clearly changed the expectations. I’m surprised there isn’t any communication on this from the company.
When will the March RTO data be live on Workday?
If you are wondering if your office will be closing soon let me help you figure that out.
Remeber Q2 starts in a few days and they have a strategic plan to save 5billion on opex spending. Without closing a ton of offices, how else would you think they would get there?
Entering it in Workday. Isn't that grounds for dismissal?
Notice the workday update that is going to happen on the 28th of March? Reason for this update is to update all of the employees who's offices are closing to display Remote instead of their physical office location. You heard it here first folks.
What's the scam?
I was applying for a personal loan on a different bank’s website and they asked me to provide proof of employment and it took me directly to Workday to login. I didn’t realize it was a problem until I received an email saying that I needed to let them know if I did this or not so I told them I recognized the activity and they said no further action required except now you need to just change your password because you access to workday on a third-party site. I’ve never had this happen. They also CCed my manager. I’m wondering if anything else is going to come of this?

Not if Dan has a say but interesting
Checked Workday this morning for this Friday’s paycheck, March 20th. No Discretionary Bonus on my Check. Marvin’s email says we would receive it March 20, 2026! Anyone else get the Bonus?
are we allowed to use our 2 floating holidays in increments of 4 hours? I submitted 4 hours in workday but did not receive approval yet, and that usually happens quickly and my boss is on Pto and my colleagues don't know the answer
The HR IT Team is currently in the process of migrating the RTO Badge Tracking tool from a Tableau report to a full-fledged internal web app.
They are working with Jeff's org CTXO to use Gen AI to do this more rapidly then they'd be capable of doing otherwise.
Once this migration is complete, they will have complete turnstile API access and plan to start showing badge in & badge out times. Currently, managers who have access to the tool can only see whether or not you were in office that day, at home, or took PTO.
These are the facts. My personal speculation, after witnessing how gung-ho this team is about this effort, is that they are going to add a lot more than just time-tracking to the app. I believe that the next thing to go will be the "Half Day PTO" trick that many of us use to have WFH days or manage things like home repairs, doctors appts, etc. Currently, they don't have the access they need from Workday to differentiate between Full Day & Half Day PTO, so they just count it all as In-Office.
I believe that we are in for a very dark year ahead regarding RTO. Leaking this info now so people can plan ahead and stay informed.
I’ve worked at Wells Fargo for five years. For four consecutive years, I met expectations and received merit bonuses. Last year was the only time I was rated “inconsistent,” based on metrics that were never clearly communicated, and I did not receive a raise.
Now I’m being told I must outperform everyone on the team because of last year’s rating. I’m required to have weekly check-ins and am being criticized over minor issues, while others with similar performance are not held to the same standard.
My manager has said this is due to a “new policy,” but the way it’s being applied feels selective and unfair. At the same time, documentation is being added to Workday that does not accurately reflect the full picture of my performance.
I’m sure most of you noticed there is now tracking of your badge swiped available in Workday.
When you open the report, there is a column labeled “Office Designation”
What does everyone’s say for that? I was told I have to come to the office but my designation says “Out of office”
Does anyone know where to find our bonus payslip for this Friday? I’d like to see the actual amount and there’s nothing on Workday - of course.
Under the “Personal” section of my profile (when I click my picture in Workday) I used to have a number of docs show up from whe O started. Now, I just see the text “none entered.”
Is this a bad sign?
Can anyone direct me on where to confirm in WorkDay / HR Central if I have a non-compete in place? I recall year over year attesting to one under Express Scripts; however since moving under Evernorth a few years ago, I don’t recall signing / attesting to one and cannot find anything in Workday.
The call wait time for HR to get you into Workday after you leave for tax documents is at minimum 2 hours each time I call. Are YOU PEOPLE INSANE?
In workday there is a section for notice period. Depending on your title you may have to provide notice of you quit or retire. Mine says no notice. Does anyone know for sure of that means I can retire and walk out the door the same day? Not a question I really want to ask HR.
Trying to figure out when I can check Workday for next week’s paycheck.
Does anyone know when we’ll be able to see our bonus payslip in workday? Not until 2/11?
