Might not be the best place to post so my apologies but has anyone received an L3H counteroffer recently when attempting to leave the company, particularly with a competing offer? I know it is generally recommended not to accept a counter but I’m curious if anyone here actually took the counter and stayed…were there any negative consequences?

Obviously, I am not asking for binding financial advice, just curious, do you guys think there will be any stock market movement on this big Investor Day and if so, do we think it'll be up or down? Earnings calls are already regularly terrible and I'm not sure what an "investor day" would do differently since people already see through the smoke and mirrors of those.

I’d like to ask for clarification around AHT expectations within Member Services. We’ve been told that AHT is not a primary performance metric when all other quality measures are being met, yet many of us are now being told our AHT is being closely monitored and even audited.

Can leadership provide transparency on how many employees have been written up or let go specifically due to AHT, particularly in cases where other key metrics—such as quality, compliance, and member experience—are consistently meeting expectations?

Additionally, what does it mean in practice when AHT is ‘not a metric’ but is still being tracked and acted upon? Understanding how this is being applied would help reduce confusion and allow us to better align with expectations while continuing to provide quality service to our members.

Does anyone know exactly how many people Ford employs in India now? From what I see, they easily outnumber our domestic groups, and I've heard numbers as high as 15,000 in Chennai?

They have become significantly harder to deal with lately. What was once a helpful partnership has devolved into constant demands and requests; I remember when both the ratio and the dynamic were the exact opposite. With Ford now pouring over cash into India to restart engine manufacturing, is anyone else concerned about where this trend is heading? Has anyone who was eliminated earlier this year successfully secured an interview for a new role? I have applied for a few different positions for which I was a perfect fit, but the speed with which I received the "Thanks but no thanks" email felt automated. The first few times I assumed they'd already filled the role internally or had lost funding for the position. Now I'm wondering if there is an automatic filter to exclude previous employees. If so, I really don't want to waste time applying for anything else. Has anyone who was JE'd gotten rehired?

If you are on long-term disability for two years, it looks like Wells will let you go. HR said no severance if you are let go for this. Anyone have any experience with receiving severance after being let go due to not returning to work due to disability? HR said my other option is to go on unpaid job search leave. I can't do unpaid.
