Did anyone hear of layoffs in Optum for tomorrow 2/26? Just had a 15 min meeting invite added to my calendar for tomorrow morning.

Heard of a few people being let go. Just wondering if there was a big layoff or only about 5 to 10 people.

It’s getting to be that time again. I’ve been hearing rumblings about layoffs coming next month… any news?

Can someone describe what the process is for deciding which round you are a part of for the layoffs? I know I was marked because of what I was linked to workwise and sus behavior this year, but what determines what wave you are a part of? I have nothing to do and not sure why I am still here with nothing to do.

I hope we're done with layoffs, at least for now. I need a breather, or I'm going to fall apart.

I just saw something that makes me pretty sure these are planned surplus announcement dates.

Huge layoffs is being planned, but not sure about the date, Believe within two months for sure.

Traditionally, it seems layoff meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, is there a reason for this?

Not sure if this is it guy. But I just got a meeting with my manager, their manager, and someone else I don’t recognize.
