I can confirm AML in ICRM is in scope of layoffs in Tampa.

Laid off today - within business ops

Layoffs have begun!
They are chopping bodies today folks!!!
Got the letter to move or be added to the surplus list...thoughts?
I got the letter to move or be added to the surplus list, and I have to reply in the next 2 weeks by a certain date. My manager noted that I could let them know before the date and get more information sooner. Any thoughts on if this puts me into the system quicker or speeds up the timeline? I don't yet have another job, but I'm looking. If I stay and find another job, I must wait until the date they say I'm off payroll...so thoughts on what is the best course of action? I'm trying to read vacation and other policies so I'm sure what to do in case I find something else quicker, but highly doubt it will happen.
Management employee with over 24 years, just trying to do the right thing in the right order.
Noridian Healthcare Solutions layoffs
On Wednesday, Jan. 14, Noridian Healthcare Solutions announced a reduction in force that affected about 7% of Noridian's employees.
That's according to Cailin Shovkoplyas, communications manager for Noridian, who added that the change is connected to an organizational restructuring that "aligns staffing with current federal funding levels" and positions the company for long-term competitiveness.

Sev package negotiation
Has anyone successfully negotiated the severance package?
Any tips or tricks?
Contractors are gone in MTech
In MTech, a few contractors working with us (mostly onshore) are gone. FTEs are fine so far.
On PTO during layoff
What happens if you're on PTO on the date they are notifying those who will be laid off? Will they just wait until you return to spill the beans?
This is nerve-wracking
Just sitting here and waiting, not knowing anything and just praying I'm not on the list...I can't wait for it to be over, one way or another.
Location Strategy
Apparently has been put on hold . I was initially informed that I would be released at the start of the second quarter. However, today I was informed that this decision has been reversed. While I am grateful to retain my position, I must admit that I was looking forward to the relief of not having the threat of displacement looming over me, and I would prefer to receive a severance package should they decide to terminate my employment. I am now concerned that I might receive an IM or one of those unnecessary RTO reports, which they could potentially use as justification for my dismissal. This marks the third occasion on which I have experienced a similar situation.
If someone is removed from the address book (e-mail), they are gone for good- right?
We had a guy all of a sudden “leave” our group. We all think he was either fired or laid off but our boss says he will be out “X amount of weeks.” No one believe him. I have been with the bank over 20 years and never heard of someone removed from the system and then put back in when they come back—?! Comments?
When is the next layoff?
I want to stay one more year but I don’t think I can do it. I can’t stand this place anymore where it’s ki-ling my soul slowly.
The List
Folks. As a reminder, please use the secure print feature we all are supposed to use for confidential document printing. I stumbled upon “the list” which is the list of everyone who will be laid off in the coming weeks. For your convenience I have included a digital copy of the list. See More……..
No check on first day of severance period
Today I should have received my first severance check (direct deposit) and there’s no check stub in colleague zone and so far no direct deposit. WTF
Accomodation request
I requested temporary medical accommodation and received layoff notice in few days. Also no one responded to my medical accommodation Request, not even an acknowledgement. Is this driven by this?
Layoff 2026
Approaching the salary and bonus review process in April, does anyone have any information or heard anything on whether there will be layoff in 2026?
I've already started looking
I'm not even going to bother to wait. There might not be many, but there are available remote jobs in my field and I plan to apply to every single one of them. I'm not staying around for this cr-p.
Toxic
This place post RIF has become a toxic nightmare. Where does upper management get off threatening employees with being fired on the daily and refer to us as mentally handicapped and cant get the job done. Upper management needs to realize sitting in a office everyday and sending passive agressive emails does not do anything besides makes us want to do less. This place is toxic and is a joke only a matter of time before we are sold or the government bails us out.
SPTO in quarterly increments?
In my time with the company, the SPTO bid has always been around November. We could request our scheduled time off for the whole 12 months of the upcoming New Year. We work in a site that is closing. They are only allowing us to schedule in quarterly increments. So far we've only been able to schedule through the end of March. Is this an indication the site we work in is closing this year in 2026? We are sorry to ask here, but nobody talks about it at work.
Layoffs = Outages
ATT layoffs - wide scale outages
VzW layoffs - wide scale outages
- Srini aka DT is playing with fire on this round.
- His team is propped up by McKinsey and is too far removed from the day-to-day.
- They get on calls and get told what they want to hear. However, the teams telling them what they want to hear are cutting massive corners and shoving skeletons in the closet.
- Really bad days will come and McKinsey will have already been paid millions in OpEx.
McKinsey gets to walk away having already gutted this company.
Saw, Salim, and Lori are emboldened and too heavy-handed. Saw and Lori will check out in 2-3 years though, so what do they care.
New job posted for anyone who thinks the circus is done

It’s smart that they would wait until after making sweeping changes to the workforce to bring in someone to develop a workforce plan.
Expect more offshoring, more layoffs, and less stability for the foreseeable future.
Are layoffs done for the 1,000 that was reported externally pre-comp?
Heard internally 14th was layoffs - 15th comp day. What is everyone hearing?
Layoffs are considered a failure of management but you pay the price.
Its either bad direction that failed and\or improper forecasting. JF though plays by different rules. According to her…..
.
“We are not graded on effort. We are judged on our results,” she wrote, adding she expects “the last vestiges of old, bad habits” to disappear as the bank pursues a leaner, more commercially aggressive culture in 2026. The language marks one of her sharpest internal messages since she took over in 2021, underscoring a shift from transformation planning to execution.
Fraser told Citi’s roughly 200,000‑plus employees “the bar is raised” and stressed performance will be judged on outcomes rather than intentions or long hours.
.
So if management comes up with a direction that does not work, you get no reward of putting it long hours trying to make it successful. She though, gets rewarded with stellar bonus’s and raises for getting us to this point but again, its you that pay the price.

Layoffs Jan 14, 2026
Another surprise layoff that impacted the Support organization in the US and EMEA.
Almost all (if not all) of the Technical Support Specialist/Technical Support Agents got axed.
Technical Support Engineers got impacted in every vertical except Platform.
Each team is now down many members (my team down 4) and we are scrambling and wondering how to handle the excess workload and power apps that got their whole team cut.
So much for the promised "better communication" from leadership last year. What a joke.
Layoffs
Does anyone realize once you are laid off you will not be rehired. Doesn’t matter who you know. There is a systematic shift to not rehire. Make sure you are good to go for years before letting go of your job!
Was anyone here pushed out' from Gartner?
Being laid off on the spot with an email or in a meeting with management and HR is bad enough already.
But was anyone here "managed out" which either led to you resigning or a termination of your contract? I believe the official term for this is constructive dismissal/discharge.
Citi not paying promised severance - anyone else experiencing this?
I was laid off in November and still haven't received severance. It is difficult to get ahold of anyone in HR. Anyone else experiencing this?
COBRA
Just an FYI regarding COBRA. For reference, I am a 12/19 off payroll ex-VZ'er. I called Net Benefits when I received the "confusing letter" last week about COBRA benefits. The letter is a standard notice that employers are required to send out to employees who are let go. I asked if I needed to "sign up" for COBRA as reflected in the Net Benefits system and was advised that I did not as I was already auto-enrolled since VZ is paying for COBRA as part of the severance.
What I did find out, however, is that at the end of time period that COBRA is covered by VZ (mine is 6 months), COBRA will automatically renew if you don't contact them to cancel it and they will start send you bills for the monthly cost of the COBRA coverage. So you may want to put a reminder in your calendar to cancel if you don't plan on paying the hefty COBRA fees after VZ stops covering the costs.
Workday worker documents
New document showed up in my workday profile. About arbitration and my rights between me and the company. So normal document..... Or layoff list document?
14% of the workforce laid off.
Ehealth chopped workers with higher salaries and kept the new people. Looks like the teams trained their own replacements without knowing. Low morality company.
Herc Rentals says a Missouri layoff notice was filed by error and no layoffs are planned

LAYOFFS TE Dublin
New push. Collective redundancy. First round today with many more to come this year. Not based on performance as all the usual wasters still hanging on. If you are still there you need to jump immediately. Dublin to fully close by the end of the year. Ireland Employment Law a massive issue. Everyone engage your solicitors do not be bullied. Give Bravo a financial headache. WRC scares them.
Layoffs on Jan 9th
Didn't see anything on here. BDB had about 4% reduction in force on Jan 9th.
Whispers and te---r
It’s been interesting to watch the leadership at the dept level try to make sense of the pending layoffs. Squirming like a worm on a hook.
They don’t know what is coming next and are clearly scared.
We want answers and all they want are “more calls, call activity, activity leads to activations” are the callouts on our weekly “rally”.
What’s worse is that they have 2 co-mangers running the vbs teams. One just brought on and the other so bumbling who when challenged shrinks up like an Eskimos sc----m. They won’t admit or comment on our impending move or the layoff of the “specialty” teams.
Young employees like myself should have a better example of leadership.
Resiliency Group Layoffs
I heard the business Resiliency Group in technology had some folks let go to "right size" the org. Does anyone know how many and if there are any other groups getting the slice?
