What does the severance package look like?

Does the teams go offline as soon as they layoff? I see 3 people from my team suddenly offline.
How do you know if your 1:1 will be for a layoff or to get moved to another area? Some 1:1s are happening with just HR and others with HR + another leader .. some first thing in the morning, others scheduled for the afternoon.

Had a 1on1 placed on calendar at Received a flash call at 8:00am, my start time.
Did not blame on war, AI, or any of the cute stuff.
Is this an immediate termination? Will there be severance?

@a2 it takes a massive amount of effort to be a such a colossal piece of sh-t and yet you make it look so easy.
Do yourself a favor whatever it takes get the he-l out of Massachusetts. Even unemployed you’ll fare better in pretty much anywhere out of the northeast.
