Wasn't just rumors for the group I'm in. Teams is full of people sharing what time their calendar invite that just came in is for with HR + some leader. Everyone promising to give each other recommendations if needed, posting personal emails and phone numbers just in case, etc.
Don't know the count yet. Waiting to see if/what time my meeting will be. Bad vibes for sure.

I also got a meeting invite without HR on it that said 1:1 when we have a regular cadence 1:1 later. If this is it or not I have no idea but can update this post. Honestly I just want severance, I’m done with fidelity.

My manager just sent the invite with title 1:1 for 15 minutes. He did not add HR. But HR will join, I know for sure. Because i have a pre scheduled 1:1 later today for 1 hr. It is happening
