Glassdoor ratings don’t match reality

Checked Glassdoor to torch this place in a review after the latest layoffs. Somehow the CEO’s sitting at 91% approval and the company’s still a 4.2-star paradise. What fantasyland is this. This isn’t the same job I signed up for - back when things... — read more

I just joined

Not even six months ago. And now I'm hearing that I have a good chance of being laid off? Why would they give me a job just to get rid of me so quickly? I don't get it. I had other offers. I chose this and now I'm regretting it. It feels like they're... — read more

They are already coming after FTEs

Been hearing through the grapevine that they're beginning to lay off FTEs. Brush up those resumes because it's likely only the beginning.

Layoffs, RTO, what's next?

It's like they're trying to find ways to make our lives more miserable so we'd quit and save them the trouble of firing or laying us off. It certainly saves them a hefty sum in severance and unemployment every time somebody is so tired of this place... — read more

Layoffs coming soon

All contractors from my department have been fired. I expect FTEs will be targeted next. Going back to office seems to be their way of doing soft layoffs.

I refuse to do more for less

Why is it that we're always expected to do more but it's never reflected in our pay? I'm getting tired of it. If there was any recognitions, even a small bonus, it would be easier to accept it. Instead, we're recognized with even more work. I am done... — read more

You shouldn't wait to be laid off

Unless you've been here long enough to know that your severance package will be substantial enough to provide you with enough time to find a new job without stressing, you should already be looking for a new job. The job market is hot right now but... — read more

How will Fannie react? Its definitely better placed than in 2008. Cloud shift is well underway, and reorgs have already been happening behind the scenes. Will the impact of recession, rate increase, and property market changes be mitigated, or should... — read more
