@OP the only way you are going to get five days a week in the office is if you layoff one third of the folks. Possible but nowhere near probable.

@ap that doesn't change my point at all. Attendance norms are driven by capacity, as they've been since March when this all kicked off.

That's not accurate. We're still capacity constrained, so I don't think attendance norms are changing.
