@OP More are expected and it's unlikely this place will have any stability during this administration. Also the morale has bottomed out and it's just an unpleasant place to work overall, especially given the 5 day a week RTO for many. Complete 180 in culture and employee experience from March to now.
@OP if you don’t like being on roller coaster then better get off.
