@b3 That self serving a--hole didn't think it through. Merging these two would take years, if it's feasible at all.
There is also a push to merge Fannie and Freddie. @OP yes.. we will go public by end of the year and top management will be millionaires. Everyone else will still be waiting to be axed or getting unemployment check.
