Is it still true that after you become 50 years old Dell EMC want you to retire and every year will send you a retirement package which you either can accept or reject. Too many old-timers who are deemed undesirable?

Copy any data you want to keep off your laptop right now. When you get laid off they will tell you that they are monitoring your systems and copying data could endanger your severance. It may already be too late.
