Not really. Margins are razor thin. I think the best thing he could do is self-replace and let it trickle down.

The buddy system is right. Dell has never been a meritocracy. The sad part is MSD could afford the best talent yet look at our c execs and benchmark with the competition.. like really?

The same folks crying about dei were promoted via the buddy buddy system.
Based on relationships and people they know. That's about it. Sad but true.
