Dell needs to remove the “Technologies” part from their corporate name. In their executive staffing Dell has zero Technologists. I mean people who have spent time actually building technologies or systems not funding someone else to do it and reading a book or having it explained to them.
Without technological leadership we have zero future and if these executive don’t think long term this company is done. The first step though, get rid of “Technologies” from your company name. That’s the last thing this company is about.
