Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

October 21st

We shall see if those rumours are through about people being laid off.
How will it effect the Irish workers. I am patiently waiting to see if it is actually true.
Can't stop thinking about it

@2rbp+1v53WqZv Im praying for a HR meeting but Dublin sales have been told mo more cuts.At least in the area I support.
It is so hard to get out of bed every single day and work in a place that is so toxic.

It's just a waiting game.
People must afraid to speak up until the have their severance package in the bank.
I'm sure there nust be a NDA but I think there is going to be a lot more.
They will lose or give away good talent and when Ai isn't up to doing the job right alone those talented people will be hopefully in a more secure job.
It's hard to know what's going to happen in Ireland 🇮🇪

Some meeting invites went out last night in Ireland. I know of people in ISG having their meetings with HR today

Well, my guess is it's going to be a quiet Monday.
I haven't seen or heard of lots of last minute meetings scheduled.
That should be a good sign for those of you still there.
