there were massive layoffs in Dell Malaysia as well
Fed was not included, unless you count 1 person being let go. Otherwise, fed wasn't hit.

JS has a meeting for 8:30 - 9:30 then KC has one from 10:15-11:15 monday morning. So, stay tuned... I have a few guesses though. Some type of RTO bs being one, leadership changes being #2, and then other BS they won't answer because of legal reasons.
I think Corporate Cyber got hit softly on Monday. I know a handful of folks who were let go. Very doubtful Fed will be touched, though.

Dell does not have to provide WARN notice of their severance term is longer than the warning period of two months.

the writing is on the wall. they have set a target that is well over the WARN Act threshold and are doing it is phases so they don't have to file. i'm no expert in legal, but this is shady at best, and would bet money there are comms related to dodging these requirements that could come up in discovery if there was an inquiry.
