I was a TSR and brought into the ISR role (ISAE?) this quarter so wouldn't be surprised especially for more gen ai account sets.
@1qim+1uZyOWY1 One could make the same argument for all inside positions, including the TSR role. By your theory, TSR is just as “useless” as ISR.
All Isr's do is quote they serve no purpose you could let go Romsey's whole org and there would be no impact to revenue.
All the tsrs I ever had are in for a rude awakening. They don't know how to do anything but quote haha. Account management stuff is way over there heads haha. Customers will hate this so much, so will AEs. If I loose my job because of this.... it will be so funny for everyone left.

Genius moves, so much so the billionaires deserve more tax breaks. The new TSR can pay more tax.
They already did this with the new AI Select group. TSR does it all. No more ISR.
Alright, when can I expect 2 checks for doing 2 full time jobs? I don’t see this happening. They would move to 100% through partner as a GTM before they stack more on ISRs who have -10 morale at this point.
