it’s time to look for greener pastures. Even without having an axe swinging around our heads on a daily basis, it’s time to leave Dell. Tech job market doesn’t appear to be great these days, but I’m still hoping beyond hope there still are places where work might be somewhat meaningful and creative. Dell for me became the mother of all chores.

Go in didn't do any work let them package you out. They want to save money that's why making it strict for employees. Soon there will time checks, clock in clock out for breaks
Don't just leave....get them to at least give you a package
market ebbs and flows. Dell will get another "brain" bleed in 2025 for sure.
I use the term "brain" loosely when talking about Dell.
