I am wondering how many EOI windows do we have. I know in feb/mar there is an accelerated EOI window. Then is it the only chance we have? Will the EOI be opened later in the year?

Will new hires be spared?

Will new hires in their first year be exempt from the selection events? If not, safe to say we’ll be the first to be laid off as it will be hard to compete with more experienced folks.

Impact on O&M

Anyone have any insight into how much O&M will be impacted this time around? Specifically in the Permian. We’re still pretty busy but I feel like our teams are way too big to and we hired a ton of trainees the past year.
