From the looks of things you all can “afford” to find a new job. While rest of the lower class or lower PSGs have to cut n back stab everyone to get a smidgent of what you all “throw” around is quite infuriating. Tired of hearing cry babies when others have real families to feed on an economy that only seems to be worsening for us little guys. Have some class and leave some $$ for the little guy! Go find another job!
Believe it or not. PSG 26s are way more smarter than PSG 24s and 25s.
From what it sounds like the 25’s and above are all going to be cut very hard.

And who is going to keep track of the 3 job posts? If this is anything like the 2020 event, they pulled every string to keep the high PSGs on the payroll. Once they got a slot then they continued to move up the food chain. I'm not falling for anything that is said during any townhall. Last time, it was a lie.

You guys should have got a nice pay bump because you’re still below the average of $525k for a 26. It’s not bad for a base salary but the 30% bonus could be better

26’s who use their three choices but are not selected for a job in the 26–27 round have the ability to apply for additional jobs in the 25 and below round. So they have more than 3 total options.
If a 25 applies for one or more jobs in the 26-27 round, it counts against their three shots, and they have fewer opportunities to apply in the 25 and below round.
I make -~ $450 as PSG 26.

Total pay for a psg26 is 400k to 600k
I heard from town halls that you can post jobs either 1H or 2H, not both. You do get a second chance, that is the PDC after the coordinated selection.

It is so refreshing to know we have all these employees with 20 years with the company at PSG 21-22 who have all the answers! Definitely they are the future…now is their time!
