I'm an air breather. I don't have gills, etc. Why is that a good or bad thing now?
Or are you confusing the term with "mouth breather"? In that case, it could be a medical condition. So let's insult people with disabilities now. Gotta hand it to the layoff crowd to keep it classy.

Mostly advisors hanging around on this site, they have nothing else to do. So they down vote anything that is critical of their breed.

A lot of 25 and 26 must be hanging around in here.

Well said. Also, If you made or upvoted the “air breather” post that should be grounds for immediate firing with no severance.

You will age too, become an advisor, and have more wisdom because you have seen and done many things, probably worked more fields and countries. Consider your self lucky if you become an advisor, or rather have your job to be taken by someone in India? those people earned those titles. Try to learn from them too.

Only a PSG 22 with 20 plus years experience would be d-mb enough to think the term “air breather” is somehow an insult

I’m an advisor and I can work circles around all you 21-24 chumps. There’s a reason I got to the level I did and it was because I was good at my job and all the new hires needed their hands held and diapers changed for the first 10 years. No a-s kissing needed, just a-s kicking. Maybe if you losers wouldn’t waste time posting on this board and BSIng in the cafe areas you would be higher PSGs or advisors like me.

Haters wanna hate, lovers wanna love, I don’t even want none of the above, I want to ….

All these air breathers 25, 26 need to go. They only provide value to themselves.

too many advisors and middle layer managers
more room to cut the fat in those areas
not getting value or work output from the salary paid

Hmm, I’m not sure. Will need to check with my advisor as to the number of advisors the Deloitte, BCG and Gartner recommend. I expect a steering committee of advisors to be formed to answer this critical question.

I can only speak for the completion advisors in MCBU. They add very little to the cause besides taking up space for hard working individuals.

Don’t worry. The advisors will all post down and take the jobs of the people who actually do the work. It’s our fault for giving their leaders positive feedback instead of saying, “No one I know, including me, knows exactly what they do,” when asked for our opinion of them.

Yes - Advisors above grade level 24 should be the first out the door.

You got to have a place to put high PSG folks that don’t do anything.
