The local Argentineans are the ones getting the worst deal:
- number of positions offered locally decimated
- extremely limited chances to apply to Houston jobs
- sneaky managers that would rather accept demotions and go back to the (limited) technical roles available
- possible reduction in footprint in the country, from both NOJV and COOP perspective
El Trapial will flourish when it will be managed by competent gringos in Houston, and not by those rancheros that constantly pretend to know their $hiz
What is going on with Venezuela and the license?
JLR put on the two cr-ppiest THs recently… totally clueless about the topics and info. He messed up big time, spitting out wrong details, and the HR lady had to jump in to fix it right away. He seemed super low-energy and honestly didn’t give a damn about the workforce, ‘cause he knows he’s safe—bad behavior pays off for him.
Next step, selling el trapial and leaving argentina only for BASC and suport functions
All jobs except operations go to Houston?
