I’m not sure if I can get the severance packages if quit anytime before the selection event? Or I have to be at the left standing status to qualify the severance? Anyone has firm answers? Thanks!

Who knows?! It obviously shows the communication is horrendous if you have to inquire the Layoff site to find answers? I think there is an HR number call them. Oh, they probably don’t know either! Good luck
You can walk out the door anytime and the Company isn’t obligated to pay you. If you are made redundant and there is no position for you, they can offer severance at their discretion.
Nope. After today, if you dont take the AEOI you will have to apply for at least 1 position and the second can be the EOI. If they place you in that one position and you dont accept, its like quitting. No EOI
