Could it be that we’ve been misled about RIFs this week?

Elevance stock is down almost 5% today. With earnings only days away it looks like it may be a huge miss. Good thing Gail cashed out $70 million in stock options a few weeks ago.

My manager moved my 1:1 from tomorrow to Thursday 10/17. Is this a coincidence or am I being RIFed?

Clearly this company has no long-term upside. If you don't get RIFed or fired, you will get 1 and 2 percent increases annually. Every year you stay, you loose more money to inflation. Complacency will be your end!

They’ve just put a hold on internal transfers from Carelon until the end of February.
