Elevance has been actively offshoring claims processing jobs to Carelon and Wipro for a while now. They continue to move more and more offshore as the contract allow. As the other poster has said, AA rates are stuck at around 85% on average for all groups. The remaining 15% are processed by humans (mostly in India and the Philippines. They will make onshore processing a skeleton crew for groups that refuse to offshore but I doubt the AI this company implements would be able to handle the complexity of these claims without serious issues.
