There’s a new process if we need to resest our password, we will have to download an app to our phone. I question if that app will be able to track us or breach into our personal data. Thoughts….

@derk+1vVESiOf You should not have to purchase a phone for work purposes. Personal phone, yes, but if work requires you to have access to a phone it should be provided to you at no cost. I suggest you reach out to your manager and eliminate this cost you should not have to pay.
I purchased a 2nd phone to use for work-related apps etc. There is no way in the world I would let them sniff my personal phone data.
I asked this specific question and was advised we do not have to download this to our cellphone.
You only need to load that to a company issued work phone, not your personal device
What does what you just posted even mean?
It keeps track of how much your phone is shaking when you watch those videos of yours. If it hits a specific level. Then sends a camera picture via app to your bosses boss.
