Gails version of a Hallmark Special

City girl's car breaks down while driving through a small town. Parts will take several days to deliver so she has to stay for a few days. She meets the nicest couple at an Inn. She gets a great nights sleep. They feed her the best breakfast, after which she heads to the local coffee shop and falls in love with the owner. They spend a delightful day together.

The next day her car is magically fixed but she cannot bring herself to leave the town. She calls her long time assistant who joins her in a flash. She buys a home in that small town and decides to stay.

6 months later she had purchased the cute in, fired the lovely couple, hired a guy from the rundown Motel 8, and gutted the place. All rooms look exactly the same with twin beds and barely running water the standard. Breakfast is now a poptart, which they charge extra for.

She also bought the coffee shop and fired the owner. She'd talked about trust, trust, trust but in the end she was just lying about her love. The shop now only offers weak Folgers and cookies with her name on them. She counts this her greatest achievement. Her second greatest. Ruining peoples lives is her first love and greatest achivement.

Oh, and she had the mechanic shot because he didn't immediately have the parts she needed, even though he worked magic and got the parts earlier than expected.

6 months later, after selling everything she could and running the town into the ground, she left. It was a lovely, snow filled day as she drove away, smiling at all she had accomplished.

Was the assistants name Felicia Frost? And city girl purchased the local florist for her to run? Within the 6 months she'd ki-led the business and every flower in town. City girl didn't care. They blamed the 2 long time, minimum wage employees at the florist, fired them, and claimed profits due to the reduced overhead. Updated her linked in to say "Specializes in identifying and executing on operational reductions" (neglecting to highlight the business they ran into the ground).

She also calls all the townspeople “consumers” and they constantly talk about it behind her back. She takes comfort by thinking about one of her five houses.

I'm just an extra but I never thought I would be in a hallmark movie.
